An apparatus and method for delivering targeted informational messages includes a computer system for creating a de-identified encrypted PID and de- identified patient transaction data in a retail store for transmission and storage. A subset of de-identified encrypted PIDs are associated with targeted informational messages by the system and transmitted to retail stores, where a targeted message is printed on behalf of the patient corresponding to the de- identified encrypted PID.
L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de remise de messages d'information ciblés faisant appel à un système informatique permettant de créer un PID crypté désidentifié et des données de transactions de patients désidentifiées dans un magasin de détail pour la transmission et le stockage. Un sous-ensemble de PID cryptés désidentifiés sont associés à des messages d'information ciblés, par le système, et transmis vers des magasins de détail, où un message ciblé est imprimé au nom du patient correspondant au PID crypté désidentifié.
