A mobile scaffolding structure which includes a scaffold frame having a first end, a second end, a top end, and a bottom end. A first set of wheels are secured to the bottom end to allow for movement of the mobile scaffolding. A steering means is provided for steering the scaffolding in a desired direction. A drive means is provided for propelling the scaffolding in a desired direction. The drive means includes a second set of wheels secured to the scaffolding at the bottom end. The second set of wheels has at least one front wheel and at least one rear wheel. A drive chain extends from the top end to the bottom end and rotationally engages the rear wheel. Pedals are provided at the top end for driving the drive chain to impart rotational movement to the second set of wheels which propels the scaffolding.
