A compact disc case includes an integrally formed foldable cover. The cover has a first member having a table and first locking elements formed at a first edge of the cover, a third member having a same table formed at a center of an inner face thereof with a diameter less than that of a compact disc for supporting the disc and second locking elements formed for respectively and detachably engaging with the first locking elements and thereby retain closed the case when the cover is folded and a second middle member having a reinforcement component extending along a width of the cover on an inner face of the second member, the reinforcement component having a plurality of catching elements formed thereon along its length. A plate mounted to the foldable cover at the second member by inserting a slot of the reinforcement component, said plate having two same tables and holding elements individually formed on one and the other face thereof for holding a third and a fourth compact disc.
