A standardized plant extract, process for obtaining the same and uses thereof. The present invention refers to a process for obtaining a standardized extract having antinociceptive, anti- inflammatory and antipyretic properties, from at least one part of a plant of genus Aleurites. Furthermore, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising an active ingredient of a pharmaceutically efficient quantity of standardized extract from at least one part of the plant of genus Aleurites. Finally, the present invention describes a method of treatment and use of the said extract, isolated or in a pharmaceutical composition, for the prevention, control or treatment of painful, inflammatory or febrile affections.
L'invention concerne un extrait de plante standardisé, un procédé d'obtention dudit extrait et des utilisations dudit extrait. La présente invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un extrait standardisé présentant des propriétés antinociceptives, anti-inflammatoires et antipyrétiques, à partir d'au moins une partie d'une plante du genre Aleurites. En outre, la présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant un ingrédient actif en une quantité pharmaceutiquement efficace d'extrait standardisé extrait à partir d'au moins une partie de la plante du genre Aleurites. Enfin, la présente invention concerne une méthode de traitement et d'utilisation dudit extrait, isolé ou dans une composition pharmaceutique, pour la prévention, la maîtrise ou le traitement d'affections douloureuses, inflammatoires ou fébriles.
