An adhesive patch which comprises a substrate and, superposed thereon, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising a rubber, a tackifier resin, and a softener, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains tulobuterol as an active ingredient in a concentration as low as 1 to 4 wt.% in a dissolved state and further contains a higher fatty acid as a release control agent in an amount of 0.1 to 3 wt.%. The adhesive patch contains tulobuterol in a low concentration and has the ability to stably control the release.

L'invention concerne un timbre adhésif comprenant un substrat et, appliquée sur celui-ci, une couche adhésive autocollante renfermant un caoutchouc, une résine collante et un plastifiant. La couche adhésive autocollante contient du tulobutérol comme ingrédient actif en faible concentration dans un état dissous, soit en concentration comprise entre 1 et 4 % en poids, et contient en outre un acide gras supérieur comme agent de régulation de libération en proportion comprise entre 0,1 et 3 % en poids. Ce timbre adhésif contient du tulobutérol en faible concentration et permet une régulation stable de la libération.
