The present invention relates to a modified enzyme and laundry detergent and/or fabric care compositions comprising this modified enzyme. This modified enzyme comprises a catalytically active amino acid sequence of a cellulolytic enzyme EGI linked to an amino acid sequence comprising a Cellulose Binding Domain (CBD). These compositions provide excellent overall cleaning including stain removal and whitening maintenance, while preventing any negative effect on the fabric. These compositions further provide fabric care, including anti- bobbling, depilling, colour appearance, fabricsoftness and fabric anti-wear properties and benefits, while preventing any negative effect on the fabric.

Cette invention a trait à une enzyme modifiée ainsi qu'à des compositions de détergent à lessive et/ou d'entretien de tissus contenant cette enzyme modifiée. Celle-ci comporte une séquence aminoacide, active du point de vue catalytique, d'une enzyme cellulolytique EGI, liée à une séquence aminoacide comportant un domaine de fixation de la cellulose. Ces compositions dont les résultats en matière de nettoyage sont remarquables, notamment en ce qui concerne le détachage et le pouvoir de blanchiment, n'ont pas d'incidences secondaires préjudiciables sur les tissus. Elles permettent, en outre, d'assurer l'entretien des tissus et, de par leurs caractéristiques, ont un effet anti-feutrage et antiboulochage, préservent l'apparence des couleurs et la douceur du tissu et font montre d'une action anti-usure, tout cela sans incidences secondaires préjudiciables sur les tissus.
