The invention concerns a solid food composition made of a filling coated at least partly with a protective layer, characterised in that the filling is in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, overrun, with a milk product base, of one or several essentially vegetable fats, and in that it comprises one or several esters of fatty acids and of saccharose, said composition having an overrun ratio more than 30 % and a dry extract ratio between 60 and 85 wt %.

L'invention concerne une composition alimentaire solide formée d'un fourrage revêtu au moins partiellement d'une couche de protection, caractérisée en ce que le fourrage est sous la forme d'une émulsion huile dans l'eau, foisonnée, à base d'un produit laitier, d'une ou plusieurs matières grasses essentiellement végétales, et en ce qu'il comprend un ou plusieurs esters d'acides gras et de saccharose, ladite composition présentant un taux de foisonnement supérieur à 30 % et un taux d'extrait sec compris entre 60 et 85 % en poids.
