The present invention relates to compounds containing alkoxysilane and urea groups corresponding to the formula Image wherein X represents identical or different organic groups which are inert to isocyanate groups below 100°C, provided that at least one of these groups is an alkoxy group, Z represents COOR, or an aromatic ring, R represents the residue obtained by removing the isocyanate groups from an organic monomeric polyisocyanate or a polyisocyanate adduct, R, and R2 are identical or different and represent organic groups which are inert to isocyanate groups at a temperature of 100°C or less, R3 and R4 are identical or different and represent hydrogen or organic groups which are inert to isocyanate groups at a temperature of 100°C or less and n is an integer from 1 to 8. The present invention also relates to the use of these compounds for the preparation of coatings, sealants and adhesives.
La présente invention concerne des composés renfermant des groupements alcoxysilane et urée, correspondant à la formule Image , dans laquelle : X représente des groupements organiques identiques ou différents, ne réagissant pas avec des groupements isocyanates à une température inférieure à 100 .degré.C, et à la condition qu'au moins un de ces groupements soit un groupement alcoxy; Z représente COOR ou un cycle aromatique; R représente le résidu obtenu par élimination des groupements isocyanates d'un polyisocyanate organique monomère ou d'un polyisocyanate d'addition; R1 et R2 sont identiques ou différents et représentent des groupements organiques ne réagissant pas avec des groupements isocyanates à une température de 100 .degré.C ou moins; R3 et R4 sont identiques ou différents et représentent un atome d'hydrogène ou des groupements organiques ne réagissant pas avec des groupements isocyanates à une température de 100 .degré.C ou moins; et n est un nombre entier allant de 1 à 8. La présente invention concerne aussi l'utilisation de ces composés pour la préparation de revêtements, d'agents d'étanchéité ou d'adhésifs.
