The invention relates to products of the formula (I) in which: R is H or HaI; one of R2, R3 and R4 is hydrogen while the others are hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy; R5 is hydrogen or halogen; the saturated cycle (N) contains 4 to 7 links; C1 is -X1-R7 with X1 being -(CH2)m- and R6 being H, OH, -CH2OH, -CO-N-, -CO2H, -CO2alk, or C1 is -X2-R7 with X2 essentially being -0-, - O-(CH2)n, -CH (OH) - (CH2 ) n-, -CO-, -CO-NRc-O-,-CH(N)-, - C=NOH-, -C=N-NH2-,-(CH2)nl-NRc- (CH2)n2- and R6 being hydrogen; and R7 is an optionally substituted heterocycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl cycle; with n, n1, n2 = 0-3; m=1-3; said products being in the form of isomers. The invention also relates to the salts thereof as a drug and essentially as IKK inhibitors.

L'invention concerne les produits de formule (I) dans laquelle R représente H ou HaI; R2, R3 et R4 représentent l'un hydrogène et les autres hydrogène, halogène, alkyle ou alcoxy; R5 représente hydrogène ou halogène; le cycle (N) renferme 4 à 7 chaînons, saturé; Cl représente -X1-R7 avec X1 représente -(CH2)m- et R6 représente H, OH, -CH2OH, -CO-N-, -CO2H, -CO2alk ou bien C1 représente -X2-R7 avec X2 représente notamment -0-, - O-(CH2)n, -CH (OH) - (CH2 ) n-, -CO-, -CO-NRc-O-,-CH(N)-, - C=NOH-, -C=N-NH2-,-(CH2)nl-NRc- (CH2)n2-, et R6 représente hydrogène; et R7 représente un cycle hétérocycloalkyle, aryle, ou hétéroaryle, tous éventuellement substitués; avec n, n1, n2 = 0-3; m=1-3; ces produits étant sous toutes les formes isomères et les sels, à titre de médicaments notamment comme inhibiteurs de IKK.
