The invention provides a method of treatment of farmed fish to combat infestation by multicellular ectoparasites with exoskeletons, which method comprises topically exposing farmed fish, especially salmon in sea cages, to a first and a second sea lice treatment agent, said first sea lice treatment agent being a carbamate or organophosphate and said second sea lice treatment agent being a pyrethroid or pyrethrin.

L'invention concerne une méthode de traitement de poissons de culture visant à lutter contre une infestation par des ectoparasites multicellulaires à exosquelette. Cette méthode consiste à exposer topiquement des poissons de culture, et notamment des saumons enfermés dans des cages marines, à un premier et un second agent thérapeutique contre les poux de mer, le premier agent thérapeutique contre les poux de mer étant un carbamate ou un organophosphate et le second agent thérapeutique contre les poux de mer étant un pyréthroïde ou une pyréthrine.
