In order to produce dental molded parts for a dental prosthesis, a shaping model (7) of the desired dental molded part is made, for example, from wax. The model is embedded in a heat-resistant molding compound (9). The molding compound (9) is subsequently hardened, and the wax model (7) is melted in order to form a mold cavity (11) that corresponds to the negative of the desired dental molded part. The thermoplastic heated to the processing temperature is introduced with pressure into the formed mold cavity (11) in the molding compound (9), and the thermoplastic, which forms the desired dental molded part, is removed from the mold once the molding compound (9) is solidified. The molding compound (9) has a temperature of at least 150 ~C at the point in time at which the thermoplastic is introduced.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de pièces moulées dentaires destinées à des prothèses dentaires. Ce procédé consiste à produire un modèle (7) donnant la forme de la pièce moulée dentaire voulue, ce modèle étant par exemple en cire. Le modèle est ensuite noyé dans une matière à mouler (9) thermorésistante, puis cette matière à mouler (9) est durcie et le modèle (7) en cire est fondu pour former une cavité de moule (11) correspondant à la forme en négatif de la pièce moulée dentaire voulue. Le thermoplastique chauffé à la température de façonnage est introduit sous pression dans la cavité de moule (11) ainsi formée dans la matière à mouler (9), puis le thermoplastique formant la pièce moulée dentaire voulue est démoulé après solidification de la matière à mouler (9). Ladite matière à mouler (9) présente au moment de l'introduction du thermoplastique une température d'au moins 150 °C.
