Disclosed are novel naphthostyrils of formula I. These compounds inhibit cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), in particular CDK2. These compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and esters are anti-proliferative agents useful in the treatment or control of cell proliferative disorders, in particular cancer. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds, methods for the treatment and/or prevention of cancer using such composition, and intermediates useful in the preparation of the compounds of formula I.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux naphtostyriles de formule (I). Ces composés inhibent les kinases dépendantes des cyclines (CDK), notamment la CDK2. Ces composés et leurs sels et esters pharmaceutiquement acceptables constituent des agents antiprolifératifs s'utilisant dans le traitement ou le contrôle de troubles prolifératifs cellulaires, notamment le cancer. L'invention concerne en outre des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant de tels composés, des méthodes de traitement et/ou de prévention de cancers, faisant appel à de telles compositions, ainsi que des produits intermédiaires utilisés dans la préparation des composés de formule (I).
