Curable formulations comprising: (a) at least one multifunctional acrylate having a functionality of at least two, (b) at least one mono-acrylate monomer, (c) at least one heteroatom-containing diacrylate, wherein the heteroatom is sulfur or selenium; and (d) a curing agent, have been discovered. The curable formulations show promise as precursors to high refractive index materials suitable for use in light management devices and other optical devices. In addition the novel curable formulations are useful for producing coatings, which may be useful in forming display films, in particular brightness enhancing display films.
L'invention concerne des préparations durcissables comprenant : (a) au moins un acrylate multifonctionnel comprenant au moins une fonctionnalité sélectionnée parmi deux fonctionnalités ; (b) au moins un monomère mono-acrylate ; (c) au moins un diacrylate contenant un hétéroatome, l'hétéroatome étant du soufre ou du sélénium ; et (d) un agent de durcissement. Ces préparations durcissables peuvent être utilisées comme précurseurs pour des matériaux à indice de réfraction élevé destinés à être utilisés dans des dispositifs de gestion de la lumière et d'autres dispositifs optiques. Ces nouvelles préparations durcissables peuvent également être utilisées pour produire des revêtements destinés à la formation de pellicules d'affichage et plus particulièrement de pellicules d'affichage augmentant la luminance.
