A clothes rack is known to be an apparatus for air drying clothes by hanging them on the rack. The idea of the clothes rack came from primitive days when people used to hang their clothes on trees and stones. Today clothes rack is being used in a place of conventional dryers. It is made of wood, plastic or steel. Most clothes racks are used outdoors, on balconies and bathtubs to avoid dripping water from causing damage to carpets indoors, and to avoid wetting upon other surfaces of the house. This invention, the Drying Hanger, can be used anywhere there is a hard surface, without causing damage because it has a dripping tray underneath. It can also dry sweaters by inserting a net on.
