A fitting undergarment is provided. The undergarment comprises a front panel comprised of a nude material, a seat panel comprised of a nude material. The seat panel is connected to the front panel to define two leg openings and a waist opening. The undergarment also comprises a waist band connected to the front and seat panels about the waist opening, and a pad positioned on the connected front and seat panels at a location corresponding to a wearer's pubic region. The undergarment is configured to be worn between the body and a garment being fitted and give the appearance that only the fitted garment is being worn.
