An inner sealing member (168a) and an outer sealing member (168b) are arranged on the peripheral portion of a reaction gas manifold (154). It is preferable that the inner sealing member (168a) arranged nearest to the reaction gas manifold (154) is composed of an acid-resistant material and the outer sealing member (168b) is composed of a material which is low in deterioration of performance at low temperatures. Specifically, an ethylene propylene rubber or a fluorine rubber can be used for the inner sealing member (168a), and a silicone rubber can be used for the outer sealing member (168b).
