It is intended to provide a non-slip means through which it is possible to see the amount and color of ink present inside a transparent, cylindrical grip shell. A tubular body 1 to be mounted on a grip portion of a transparent, cylindrical grip shell 2 is formed using a transparent, thermoplastic elastomer. The tubular body 1 may be formed of a transparent, polyolefinic, synthetic resin or a polypropylene or polyethylene resin. The tubular body 1 has a minimum diameter portion 3 intermediately in the longitudinal direction of its outer peripheral surface.
