A robotic proboscis pipeline apparatus includes a large diameter reel operated by a plurality of encoded servomotors according to computer control, which is assembled on a steel stand having a rotary coupling to the flexible pipeline on each side. A Hydrogen Rotary Generator provides electricity and steam to power the overall operations. A plurality of flexible tube modules coupled to the flexible tube reel having male watertight quick couplings on both ends and ring-shaped Inline Propeller Modules with carbide steel inward pointing blades that operates concentric to a inner tube supported by a plurality of radial struts for the injection of fluids and steam. A plurality of flexible-pipe guiding encoded electric servomotors operated according to computer control also providing support for the addition or removal of flexible-pipe modules, are assembled on a steel frame extending from the reel's steel stand. Indexed locking watertight quick coupling joining module to interface the flexible-pipe modules by means of a specialized robotic tool assemble on the frame and a robotic flexible pipeline manipulator operating in symbiosis. A flexible slit tube for the remote control interface hydraulic and control wires in a single cable form are inserted into the flexible pipeline lateral groove and retrieved automatically by a second spinning spool controlled by a servomotor. A reversible cutting carbide steel boring mill with cone-pointing blades is powered by a variable speed brush-less servomotor interfaced to a steering ball joint remotely controlled by four interconnected hydraulic pistons module to provide a guiding means to bore into the ground and to steer according to hydraulic remote control. A steel plate platform over the entrance point with guide wheels to provide support to the flexible pipeline. The flexible-pipeline near the steering milling cutter is optionally fitted with ultrasound transducers to provide a locating position and probing of the surroundings of the milling cutter with reference to receivers on the surface at specific locations, video camera, and a wide variety of other optional transducers to provide local data along the way according to the specific application; and with the ability to pump out fluids such as water, oil and debris. The robotic proboscis pipeline can optionally be adapted on land, or on a vessel for research, the exploration of water aquifers, oil and gas shallow wells and other solid minerals in the lakes and oceans. Particularly adaptable to the X, Y, Z Mining Ladle in spiral mining operations for it to continue-on- mining, including in lakes and oceans; The harnessing of river rapids and ocean currents with a self-filtering current intensifier and the propellers functioning as generators for direct conversion to electricity.
