The invention concerns galenic formulations fast disintegrating in the mouth and the method for preparing them. Said galenic formulations comprise at least an active principle dispersed in a mixture of excipients and are characterised in that the mixture of excipients comprises at least a hardly compressible diluting agent other than trehalose and a 1-vinylpyrrolidin-2-one and vinyl acetate copolymer. The invention is useful for oral administration of numerous active principles (antalgesic, antispasmodic agents, agents used in gastroenterology, antinaupathic agents, antimigraine agents, .beta.-blockers, antihistaminic agents, antibiotic or antibacterial agents, antivertigo agents, hypnotic agents and others).
L'Invention se rapporte à des formes galéniques à délitement rapide en bouche et à leur procédé de préparation. Ces formes galéniques comprennent au moins un principe actif dispersé dans un mélange d'excipients et sont caractérisées en ce que le mélange d'excipients comprend au moins un agent diluant faiblement compressible différent du tréhalose et un copolymère de 1- vinylpyrrolidin-2-one et d'acétate de vinyle. Applications: administration par voie orale de très nombreux principes actifs (antalgiques, agents antispasmodiques, agents utilisés en gastro-entérologie, antinaupathiques, agents antimigraineux, .beta.-bloquants, agents antihistaminiques, agents antibiotiques ou antibactériens, agents antivertigineux, agents hypnotiques, ...).
