A phallus retention harness (10, 60, 70) for retaining a phallus (150) with a base portion (152) and an elongate body portion (154) relative to a wearer with a pocket member (14) for receiving and retaining the phallus (150) wherein the pocket member (14) has a first panel (15) and a second panel (17) with an inner volume (36) between the front panel (15) and the rear panel (17), an aperture (22) in the front panel (15) of the pocket member (14) for enabling the elongate body portion (154) of the phallus (150) to extend therethrough, and an arrangement for retaining the pocket member (14) relative to the wearer's body.
