The self-opening closure comprises a pouring spout (3), a screw cap (1) and a self-opening cylinder (2) which is disposed inside the pouring spout (3) and can be set rotating by the screw cap (1). The self-opening cylinder (2), on its lower rim and protruding therefrom, comprises three combined piercing and cutting elements (5, 6, 7). These elements are disposed on two opposite positions on the periphery and in a position between the two. The interior of the self-opening cylinder (2) is provided with three nail-type integrally molded elements (9, 10, 11) which are evenly distributed across the periphery and extend towards the center of the cylinder and have a nail shank (12) and a nail head (13). The nail shank (12) and the bottom side of the nail head of every integrally molded element acts as a guide for one of the three cylinder wall segments that are located on the interior of the cap concentrically to the axis of rotation of the cap. The screw cap (1), on is lower rim (25), is connected to a flat retaining element (21) via at least two material bridges (22, 23, 24) that extend non-radially in relation thereto and that are configured as predetermined breaking points. Said retaining element can engage with the flange (20) of the pouring spout (3) in a horizontal position by means of pins.
La présente invention concerne un élément de fermeture à ouverture automatique comprenant une tubulure de déversement (3), un bouchon rotatif (1) et un manchon à ouverture automatique (2) qui se trouve à l'intérieur de la tubulure de déversement (3) et peut être mis en rotation par le bouchon rotatif (1). Le manchon à ouverture automatique (2) présente au niveau de son bord inférieur, à distance de celui-ci, des organes combinés de perforation et de découpe (5,6,7). Ceux-ci se trouvent en deux emplacements mutuellement opposés de la périphérie et en un emplacement intermédiaire. Sur le côté intérieur du manchon à ouverture automatique (2) se trouvent trois parties surmoulées (9,10,11) en forme de cheville qui sont réparties de manière régulière à la périphérie, s'étendent jusqu'au centre du manchon et comprennent une tige de cheville (12) et une tête de cheville (13). La tige de cheville (12) et le côté inférieur de la tête de cheville de chaque partie surmoulée, agissent en tant que système de guidage pour l'un des trois segments de paroi de cylindre disposés sur le côté intérieur du couvercle de bouchon, de façon concentrique par rapport à l'axe du bouchon. Le bouchon rotatif (1) est relié au niveau de son bord inférieur (25), par au moins deux ponts de matière (22,23,24) qui s'étendent de façon non radiale par rapport à lui et servent de zones de rupture, à un élément de retenue plan (21) qui peut être encliqueté à plat sur la bride (20) de la tubulure de déversement (3), au moyen d'axes.
