A coke carbonization furnace cover capable of promoting an increase in temperature of coal particles (2) charged in a coke carbonization furnace (1) near the coke furnace cover to suppress the generation of defective coke and occurrence and adhesion of tar, wherein lateral body support frames (16) are installed at multiple positions in the vertical direction of the furnace in an insulation box (11) provided on the coke carbonization furnace side of a furnace cover structural body (3) for opening and closing the access opening (4) of the coke carbonization furnace (1) for charging the coal particles (2) therein, and furnace generation gas migration and separating chambers (15) of bottom-less structure are provided between the lateral body support frames (16) in vertical direction in the state of coal particle entry shielding strip members (17) vertically and horizontally arranged parallel with each other and detachably suspended with small ventilating clearances (18) provided in the lateral direction thereof.
L'invention concerne un couvercle de four de carbonisation du coke qui permet de favoriser un accroissement de la température des particules de charbon (2) chargées dans un four de carbonisation du coke (1) à proximité du couvercle du four à coke de manière à supprimer la génération de coke défectueux ainsi que la formation et l'adhérence de goudron. Des cadres latéraux de support de corps (16) sont installés au niveau de positions multiples suivant la verticale du four dans un boîtier d'isolement (11), disposé sur le côté four de carbonisation du coke, d'un corps structurel de couvercle de four (3) conçu pour ouvrir et fermer l'ouverture d'accès (4) du four de carbonisation du coke (1) aux fins du chargement des particules de charbon (2), et des chambres (15) de séparation et de migration du gaz de génération du four qui ont une structure sans fond sont disposées entre les cadres latéraux de support de corps (16) suivant la verticale dans l'état d'éléments bandes (17) de protection contre l'entrée de particules de charbon, disposés verticalement et horizontalement en parallèle les uns aux autres et suspendus de manière détachable, de petites ouvertures de ventilation (18) étant ménagées suivant la direction longitudinale de ces éléments.
