This invention is a piece of equipment that exercises ankles strengthening muscles, ligaments and enhancing proprioception. The user stands on the apparatus, one foot in front of the other and attempts, by controling the rolling action of the apparatus with their ankles, to dislodge a marble from a clear plastic tube that is mounted perpendicular to their feet. The tube has a hole in its middle in which the marble was inserted. The degree of control required for dislodging the marble, through its point of insertion, can be increased or decreased in small increments and the speed of the rolling can be changed with the size of the Exerciser's base.
