It is intended to provide preparations such as capsules containing an acid-unstable medicament (in particular, a benzimidazole compound having an antiulcer effect, etc.) at a high concentration which are prepared by using about 12% by weight or more (based on the total granules) of the acid-unstable chemical and blending a basic inorganic salt therewith to give granules of about 600 µm or more in the average particle size.
L'invention concerne des préparations, telles que des capsules renfermant un agent chimique instable en milieu acide (et plus particulièrement un composé benzimidazole ayant un effet anti-ulcéreux, etc.), en concentration élevée. Ces préparations sont obtenues selon un procédé consistant à mélanger au moins 12 % en masse environ (sur la base de la masse totale des granulés) d'un agent chimique instable en milieu acide avec un sel inorganique basique pour apporter aux granulés au moins 600 µm de la granulométrie moyenne.
