A process of creating a structural plastic composite from any existing isocyanate based urethane or poly urea polymer system. 1) With the use of any plural component spray gun, this invention is a modification which allows the quick conversion of any single isocyanate chemical coating formulation to create a composite foam material. 2) A product made by the process of 1) is a structural foam core laminate made with a single chemical system source.
