By combining the same active ingredient in a form which is readily soluble in water or aqueous liquids and in a delayed and programmable release form in the same solid pharmaceutical form for oral administration, preferably in the form of a double-layered tablet, high plasma levels are obtained immediately after administration which lead to a consequently rapid therapeutic effect and the maintenance of high plasma levels over a prolonged period after administration. The two forms of active ingredient are accompanied by suitable adjuvants and excipients which are capable of causing the rapid disintegration of the layer containing the active ingredient in a readily soluble form and the delayed release of the active ingredient in the delayed release form.

En combinant le même ingrédient actif sous une forme facilement soluble dans l'eau ou dans des liquides aqueux d'une part, et avec une diffusion retardée et programmable sous la même forme pharmaceutique solide pour une administration orale, de préférence sous la forme d'une tablette à deux épaisseurs d'autre part, des taux élevés de plasma sont immédiatement obtenus après l'administration, ce qui a pour conséquence un effet thérapeutique rapide et le maintien de taux élevés de plasma pendant une longue période après l'administration. Les deux formes de l'ingrédient actif sont accompagnées d'adjuvants et d'excipients adéquats qui sont susceptibles de causer la désintégration rapide de la couche contenant l'ingrédient sous une forme facilement soluble ainsi que la diffusion retardée de l'ingrédient actif sous sa forme de diffusion retardée.
