A composition is described which is useful in improving the adhesion of siccative organic coatings to metal surfaces. The composition generally comprises a liquid carrier, a borate composition which is the reaction product of at least one amino alcohol with boric acid or an analogue of boric acid, and, at least one organic carboxylic acid.
L'invention concerne une composition que l'on utilise pour améliorer l'adhérence de revêtements organiques siccatifs à des substrats métalliques. Ladite composition comprend d'ordinaire un support liquide, une composition de borate, produit de la réaction d'au moins un amino-alcool avec un acide borique ou analogue d'acide borique, et au moins un acide carboxylique organique.
