2067389 9105527 PCTABS00005 A condom (31) designed for oral-genital sex includes, a device adapted to be worn in the mouth of the person practicing oral sex. The device includes a tubular member (32) having one closed end (33) and formed of thin, pliant, impervious material. Joined to the open end of the tubular member are two or three flanges (36 or 37) extending generally radially outwardly and spaced closely together. The flanges are curved out of a plane transverse to the axis of the tubular member to define a channel adapted to receive the upper and lower lips of an average person. In another aspect there is provided a shield (92) formed as a planar oval from pliant, impervious material, the shield (92) being shaped and adapted to be placed over the genital area.
