The present invention relates to a process for the production of 1-amino-1-methyl-3(4)-aminomethylcyclohexane by a) simultaneously reacting 4(5)-aminomethyl-1-methylcyclohexene (CMA), hydrocyanic acid and aqueous sulphuric acid at temperatures of 60°C to 120°C, preferably 80°C to 120°C to form 1-formamido-1-methyl-3(4)-aminomethylcyclohexane (FMA) in a first stage, b) adding water and hydrolyzing 1-formamido-1-methyl-3(4)- aminomethylcyclohexane (FMA) and unreacted hydrocyanic acid in a second stage and c) adding a base and isolating 1-amino-1-methyl-3(4)- aminomethylcyclohexane (AMCA) by extraction from the reaction mixture obtained in the second stage of the reaction, optionally after removing of formic acid.
L'invention porte sur une méthode pour la production de 1-amino-1-méthyl-3(4)-aminométhylcyclohexane, par : a) réaction simultanée de 4(5)-aminométhyl-1-méthylcyclohexène (CMA), d'acide cyanhydrique et d'acide sulfurique aqueux, à une température de 60 à 120 degrés C, et de préférence de 80 à 120 degrés C, pour former dans une première étape le 1-formamido-1-méthyl-3(4)-aminométhylcyclohexane (FMA); b) addition d'eau et hydrolyse du 1-formamido-1-méthyl-3(4)-aminométhylcyclohexane (FMA) et de l'acide cyanhydrique n'ayant pas réagi, dans une seconde étape; c) addition d'une base et isolement du 1-amino-1-méthyl-3(4)-aminométhylcyclohexane (AMCA) par extraction du mélange réactionnel, obtenu dans la seconde étape de la réaction et, facultativement, après élimination de l'acide formique.
