A filter canister (10) including a frame (12); a sheet of flexible fabric material (14) that allows the flow of water therethrough, the sheet of flexible fabric material being connected to the frame in a manner defining an internal zone whereby substantially all fluid entering the internal zone from an opposite side of the sheet of flexible fabric material passes therethrough; and a conduit (16) having a first end (42) located externally of the frame and a second end (44) located within the internal zone defined by the sheet of flexible fabric material; wherein, upon connection of the first end of the conduit to a fluid intake system (60), fluid is drawn through the sheet of flexible fabric material into the internal zone, thereby filtering the fluid, and filtered fluid is drawn through the second end of the conduit for delivery into the fluid intake system. A system and method for filtering fluid intake water are disclosed.
L'invention concerne une cartouche de filtre (10) comprenant : un cadre (12) ; une pièce de matière textile souple (14) permettant le passage de l'eau, la pièce de matière textile souple étant reliée au cadre de manière à définir une zone interne, laquelle est traversée par sensiblement tout le fluide provenant d'un côté opposé de la pièce de matière textile souple et entrant dans la zone interne ; et un conduit (16) possédant une première extrémité (42) située à l'extérieur du cadre, et une seconde extrémité (44) située à l'intérieur de la zone interne définie par la pièce de matière textile souple. Lorsque la première extrémité du conduit est reliée à un système d'apport de fluide (60), le fluide, avant de rejoindre la zone interne, traverse la pièce de matière textile souple, ce qui a pour effet de filtrer le fluide, puis le fluide filtré est acheminé à travers la seconde extrémité du conduit, pour être amené dans le système d'apport de fluide. L'invention a également trait à un système et à un procédé de filtrage d'eau d'apport de fluide.
