The present invention which discloses a device (1) for the transfer of a load (60) from a carrier onto a machine-tool supporting table and vice versa, is simple, inexpensive, very compact and of moderate weight. The transfer device consists of at least one handling arm (2) hinged and connected to the carrier and to the said load. The handling arm (2) is split into a front member (4) and a rear member (3) connected by a hinge. The closing and opening movement of the arm (2) is controlled by a jack (11) provided on the rear member (3) and its shaft is secured to a chain (12) intermeshing with two toothed wheels (14, 15) provided on the respective hinges (5, 6). The toothed wheels (14, 15) being stationary, the front (4) and rear (3) members of the arm rotate synchronously and in a ratio of 2 in relation to the jack (11), while the free end (7) of the arm follows a substantially rectilinear path parallel to the load transfer plane. The invention is useful in machine-tools, presses and any load transfer equipment.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de transfert (1) d'une charge (60) d'un appareil de manutention sur une table de machine-outil et inversement, ce dispositif étant simple, peu coûteux, très peu encombrant et d'un poids réduit. Le dispositif de transfert comporte au moins un bras de manutention (2) articulé et couplé, d'une part, à l'appareil de manutention et, d'autre part, à ladite charge. Le bras de manutention (2) est scindé en un élément avant (4) et un élément arrière (3) reliés par une articulation (6). Le mouvement d'ouverture et de fermeture du bras (2) est donné par un vérin (11) prévu sur l'élément arrière (3), sa tige étant solidaire d'une chaîne (12) engrenant avec deux roues dentées (14, 15) prévues respectivement sur les articulations (5, 6). Ces roues dentées (14, 15) étant fixes, les éléments avant (4) et arrière (3) du bras sont animés d'un mouvement de rotation relatif par rapport au vérin (11), synchrone et dans un rapport de 2, l'extrémité libre (7) du bras décrivant une trajectoire sensiblement rectiligne parallèle au plan de transfert de la charge. Applications: machine-outil, presse et tout équipement nécessitant un transfert de charge.
