The invention relates to a support (1) which is used with moving cylindrical elements. The inventive support comprises first guide means (2) which are used to guide the cylindrical elements at a height z¿1?. Downstream, in the direction of movement of the cylindrical elements, said support (1) comprises second guide means (6) which are used to guide the cylindrical elements at a height z¿2? which is greater than z¿1?. There is less friction between the aforementioned second guide means (6) and the cylindrical parts than between the aforementioned first guide means (2) and the cylindrical parts.
