L'invention concerne des composés 3-non substitués N-(aryl- ou hétéroaryl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidine, leur utilisation comme inhibiteurs de kinase, de nouvelles formules pharmaceutiques comprenant lesdits composés, lesdits composés pour utilisation dans le diagnostic ou le traitement thérapeutique d'animaux à sang chaud, en particulier l'homme, leur utilisation dans le traitement de maladies ou pour la fabrication de formules pharmaceutiques utiles dans le traitement de maladies qui répondent à une modulation de l'activité de kinases, surtout une kinase TIE-2, des méthodes de traitement qui comprennent l'administration desdits composés à un animal à sang chaud, en particulier l'homme, et des procédures pour la fabrication desdits composés.
