A system allowing the wireless transfer of data between a first device having a microcontroller and a second device when the first and second devices are positioned adjacent each other is described. The system includes a reader circuit and tag circuit. The reader circuit is operatively connected to the first device and provides oscillation energy to the tag circuit when the tag circuit is coupled to the reader circuit. The reader circuit receives coded information from the tag circuit and delivers the coded information to the microcontroller. The tag circuit includes a coil and logic enabling patterned oscillation at at least two discrete frequencies such that the patterned oscillation is representative of coded information within the tag circuit. The system may be configured to a variety of product pairs, including consumer product pairs, to control the operation of the product pair or collect information about the operation of the product pair.
La présente invention concerne un système permettant le transfert sans fil de données entre un premier dispositif possédant un microcontrôleur et un deuxième dispositif quand lesdits premier et deuxième dispositifs sont positionnés l'un à côté de l'autre. Le système comprend un circuit de lecture et un circuit d'étiquette. Le circuit de lecture est connecté fonctionnellement au premier dispositif et fournit l'énergie d'oscillation au circuit d'étiquette quand ce dernier est couplé au circuit de lecture. Le circuit de lecture reçoit des informations codées du circuit d'étiquette et fournit les informations codées au microcontrôleur. Le circuit d'étiquette comporte une bobine et une logique permettant une oscillation structurée à au moins deux fréquences discrètes de manière que l'oscillation structurée soit représentative des informations codées à l'intérieur du circuit d'étiquette. Le système peut être configuré pour une variété de paires de produits, y compris des paires de produits de consommation, afin de gérer le fonctionnement de la paire de produits ou de recueillir des informations sur le fonctionnement de ladite paire de produits.
