A method and apparatus for supporting ones neck. The apparatus is a mask with at least one viewing opening. The method of use involves placing a support structure adjacent a site of an activity and suspending the mask from the support structure. One positions ones face in the mask so that the support structure from which the mask is suspended bears at least a portion of a weight of ones head, thereby relieving strain on ones neck.
