The invention relates to a closure (1) for food storage containers, in particular for beer bottles and the like, said closure having a sealing face, for sealing the container or bottle opening. Said closure (1) is made of a support material and an oxygen scavenger, whereby the sealing face (4) of the closure (1) has an active surface, which is enlarged in relation to a substantially planar and/or smooth sealing face. Said sealing face (4) may be integrally embodied with the closure, in particular with the closing material. Alternatively, the sealing face may also be formed by a separate sealing element, in particular by a sealing disc, arranged inside the closure, or by a shaped sealing liner.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture (1) destiné à un récipient qui sert à conserver des aliments, en particulier à des bouteilles de bière et analogues, le dispositif de fermeture présentant une surface étanche qui sert à rendre étanche l'ouverture du récipient ou de la bouteille. Le dispositif de fermeture (1) est réalisé à partir d'un matériau de support et d'un capteur d'oxygène ( oxygen scavenger ), la surface étanche (4) du dispositif de fermeture (1) présentant une surface active qui a une taille supérieure à celle d'une surface étanche sensiblement plane et lisse. La surface étanche (4) peut être solidaire du dispositif de fermeture, en particulier du matériau du dispositif de fermeture. De façon alternative, la surface étanche peut être formée par un élément étanche séparé, en particulier un disque étanche disposé dans le dispositif de fermeture, ou un film étanche formé.
