The present invention relates to stabilised hydroxylamine solutions containing as stabilizer at least one compound of general formula (I) R1R2N -A-NR3R4 or salts thereof. In said formula (I): A stands for alkylene, alkenylene, alkinylene, cycloalkylene, cycloalkenylene, arylene, o-, m- or p-xylylene, or a five- or six-member saturated or unsaturated heterocycle with a nitrogen atom, the groups in question can have 1, 2 or 3 substituents selected independently of one another from among alkyl, alkoxy or hydroxyl, or stands for the group -X-[-NR-B-]-n- wherein B and X stand for -CH2CH2- or - CH2CH2CH2-, n stands for a number between 10 and 50,000, R stands for H, alkyl, an ethylene or propylene group substituted with OH, NH2, NHCOR5 or COOH, CSSH, CH2CN or CH2PO3H2 or represents a bridge with a nitrogen atom of another polyethyleneimine or polypropyleneimine chain, said bridge being formed by -[- NR-B-]-o- or CH2 CHOH CH2-[-O CH2CH2-]-p-CH2 CHOH CH2-, o and p independently of one another standing for 1-15, R5 stands for H, C1-C18 alkyl or CHR6COR6, R6 standing for a C12-C18 alkyl group, R1, R2, R3, R4 independently of one another stand for H, CH2COOH, CH2PO3H2, alkyl, acyl, CH2CH2OH, CH2CH2NH2 or (a) in which R7 stands for OH, SH, NH2, CN, COOH, alkyl or alkoxy. Excepted from the disclosure are ethylenediamino-tetraacetic acid and N-hydroxyethylenediamino-triacetic acid and the salts thereof.

L'invention concerne des solutions d'hydroxylamine stabilisées contenant comme stabilisateur au moins un composé de la formule (I) R<1>R<2>N -A-NR<3>R<4>, ou les sels de celui-ci, formule dans la quelle: A représente alkylène, alcénylène, alkinylène, cycloalkylène, cycloalcénylène, arylène, o-, m- ou p-xylylène, un hétérocycle à 5 ou 6 chaînons saturé ou insaturé et contenant un atome d'azote, les groupes mentionnés possédant 1, 2 ou 3 substituants sélectionnés, indépendamment les uns des autres, parmi alkyle, alc oxy ou hydroxy, ou bien A représente -X-[-NR-B-]-n- où B et X représentent -CH2CH2- ou -CH2CH2CH2-, n vaut entre 10 et 50 000, R représente H, alkyle, un groupe éthylène ou propylène substitué par OH, NH2, NHCOR<5> ou COOH, CSSH, CH2CN ou CH2PO3H2 ou encore un pont avec un atome d'azote appartenant à une autre chaîne polyéthylénimine ou polypropylénimine, le pont étant formé par -[-NR-B-]-o- ou CH2 CHOH CH2-[-O CH2 CH2-]-p-CH2 CHOH CH2-, o et p valant indépendamment l'un de l'autre entre 1 et 15, R<5> représente H, alkyle C1-C18 ou CHR<6>COR<6>, R<6> représentant un groupe alkyle C12-C18, R<1>, R<2>, R<3> et R<4> représentent indépendamment les uns des autres H, CH2COOH, CH2PO3H2, alkyle, acyle, CH2CH2OH, CH2CH2NH2 ou (a), R<7> représentant OH, SH, NH2, CN, COOH, alkyle ou alcoxy. L'invention ne concerne pas l'acide éthylènediaminotétraacétique et l'acide N-hydroxyéthylènediaminotriacétique et leurs sels.
