The invention relates to a method for producing ready to use, antigen loaded or unloaded, cryoconserved mature dendritic cells especially for the production of a vaccine containing said dendritic cells, wherein immature dendritic cells are cultivated in the presence of suitable maturation stimuli and the mature dendritic cells thus obtained are frozen. The dendritic cells can be loaded with antigen before freezing. The invention also relates to a vaccine which can be obtained according to the inventive method and to a composition containing frozen, mature dendritic cells which are loaded with antigen.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de cellules dendritiques matures, cryoconservées, prêtes à l'emploi, notamment destinées à la fabrication d'un vaccin contenant lesdites cellules dendritiques, les cellules dendritiques immatures étant cultivées en présence de stimuli de maturation appropriés et les cellules dendritiques matures ainsi obtenues étant congelées. Les cellules dendritiques peuvent être chargées d'antigènes avant ou après congélation. L'invention concerne également un vaccin pouvant être obtenu au moyen du procédé selon l'invention, ainsi qu'une composition contenant des cellules dendritiques chargées d'antigènes, matures, congelées.
