A dielectric barrier discharge lamp having a cap (2), an elongate discharge vessel (1) and strip-like outer electrodes (5a-5f) has a corresponding contact spring (7a-7f) for each outer electrode. These contact springs are arranged in the interior of the cap. The cap also comprises a cap sleeve (6), which surrounds one end of the discharge vessel (1) in such a manner that the or each strip-like outer electrode (5a-5f) is in electrically conductive contact with the or a corresponding contact spring (7a-7f) . Preferably, the transverse extent of the individual contact springs, at least in the region of the contact, is less than or equal to the width of the corresponding strip-like outer electrode. This design combines ease of installation of the cap with a reliable contact and a high lamp efficiency.
L'invention concerne une lampe à décharge à barrière diélectrique pourvue d'un culot (2), d'une enceinte de décharge allongée (1) et d'électrodes externes en forme de bandes (5a-5f) et comprenant un ressort de contact correspondant (7a-7f) à chaque électrode externe. Ces ressorts de contact sont logés à l'intérieur du culot. Le culot comprend en outre une douille de culot (6) qui entoure une extrémité de l'enceinte de décharge (1) de sorte que chaque électrode externe en forme de bande (5a-5f) se trouve en contact électroconducteur avec le ressort de contact correspondant (7a-7f). La dimension transversale des différents ressorts de contact, au moins dans la zone de l'établissement du contact, est de préférence inférieure ou égale à la largeur de l'électrode externe en forme de bande correspondante. Grâce à cette réalisation, on obtient un montage simple du culot tout en assurant un établissement de contact sûr et une efficacité élevée de la lampe.
