A reinforced flexible pipeline, which has an inner liner whose inner side engages an inner reinforcement layer that may be formed by a so-called carcass, and on whose outer side at least a strength-imparting reinforcement layer is provided, has an additional barrier layer which is arranged between the inner liner and the inner reinforcement layer. The additional barrier layer is thermally insulating and/or chemically protecting. The additional barrier layer may be formed as a tape which is wound around the inner reinforcement layer, or may be composed of locking profiles which are wound around the flexible pipeline in a helix. The additional barrier layer may be made completely or partly of a polymer which may be thermoplastic, or is cross-linked completely or partly. Hereby, the pipe may be protected against temperatures above e.g. 130°C and may also be protected against attacks from methanol that contains water. By constructing the additional barrier layer of profiles it is additionally ensured that it can transfer great compressive forces to the inner reinforcement layer, without any risk of the liner being caused to float since it is supported evenly by the additional barrier layer.
L'invention porte sur un conduit flexible renforcé (1) équipé d'un revêtement intérieur (3) dont les faces internes viennent en prise avec une couche de renforcement interne (2) qui peut être formée d'une soi-disant carcasse et dont la face externe présente au moins une couche de renforcement qui répartie la résistance (4, 5, 6, 7), et d'une couche barrière supplémentaire (9, 10, 11) qui est placée entre le revêtement intérieur et la couche de renforcement intérieur. La couche barrière supplémentaire est isothermique et/ou imperméable aux produits chimiques. Cette couche barrière supplémentaire peut être semblable à une bande (9) qui est enroulée autour de la couche de renforcement interne ou peut être composée de profils de verrouillage (10, 11) qui sont enroulés autour d'un conduit flexible dans un mouvement hélicoïdal. Ladite couche barrière (9, 10, 11) peut être faite complètement ou en partie d'un polymère qui peut être thermoplastique, ou est complètement ou en partie réticulée. Le conduit est ainsi protégé contre les températures supérieures à 130 DEG C et peut être également protégés contre les attaques de méthanol qui contient de l'eau. La construction d'une couche barrière supplémentaires de profils permet de s'assurer que de sa capacité supplémentaire de transférer des forces de compression élevées vers la couche de renforcement interne sans aucun risque que le revêtement ne soit obligé de flotter étant donner qu'il est soutenu de façon uniforme par la couche barrière supplémentaire.
