A window regulatoR (10) for operating a window pane of vehicle comprises a base plate (12) having a guide rail (20). A lifter plate (26) is slidably coupled to the guide rail (20) and adapted for supporting the window pane. A motor assembly (32) is secured to the base plate (12) and includes a drive housing and a power motor. A drive shaft, rotatably journaled to the drive housing, has a disc flange supporting a cylindrical shaft and a key shaft spaced from and parallel to the cylindrical shaft. A top and bottom cable (34, 36) drum are supported on the drive shaft, each of the cable drums including a key slot for aligning with and receiving the key shaft therethrough. The lifter plate is secured to the cable (38) between first and second pulleys (22, 24). A pair of compression springs (64) are coupled to the respective cable drums in opposite directions and maintaining tension on the cable.
L'invention concerne un régulateur de vitres (10) destiné à actionner un panneau vitré d'un véhicule, ledit régulateur comportant une plaque de base (12) présentant un rail guide (20). Une plaque de levage (26) est couplée de manière coulissante au rail guide (20) et sert à porter le panneau vitré. Un ensemble moteur (32) est fixé à la plaque de base (12) et comporte un carter d'entraînement et un moteur d'entraînement. Un arbre d'entraînement relié de manière rotative au carter d'entraînement comporte une joue en forme de disque supportant un arbre cylindrique et un arbre clavette espacé et parallèle à l'arbre cylindrique. Des tambours de câbles supérieur et inférieur (34, 36) sont logés sur l'arbre d'entraînement, chaque tambour de câble comportant un logement de clavette destiné à s'aligner avec l'arbre clavette et à recevoir celui-ci. La plaque de levage est fixée à un câble (38) entre une première et une deuxième poulie (22, 24). Une paire de ressorts de compression (64) est couplée aux tambours de câble respectifs de manière à actionner les tambours dans des directions opposées et à maintenir une tension sur le câble.
