The ribs include an upper surface and a side surface. The upper surface extends from the hub to an outer side along a radial direction to meet a circumference of the base. The side surface declines from the upper surface to the base. The side surface includes a first side surface and a second side surface. The first side surface has a boundary with an inner side of the base. The boundary radially diverges outward in a circumference direction. The second side surface extends from the first side surface along the circumference of the base and the upper surface.
