The invention relates to a method for the continuous production of solid, particle-based preparations of biologically active substances, in which preparations the biologically active substances are homogeneously distributed in a matrix of additives which can be thermoplastically processed, in a screw extruder divided into several zones. Said method is characterized in that the matrix additives are first melted in a healable area and the biologically active components mixed with the matrix additives. Thereafter, the mixture is cooled, pre-crushed and finely ground in a cooling zone. The screw geometry of the cooling zone is designed in such a way that the cooling zone comprises a conveyor zone, a mixing zone and a kneading zone.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation continue de compositions particulaires solides de substances biologiquement actives, dans lesquelles lesdites substances biologiquement actives sont réparties de manière homogène dans une matrice d'additifs pouvant subir un traitement thermoplastique, dans une extrudeuse à vis divisée en plusieurs zones. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce que les additifs de la matrice sont tout d'abord fondus dans une zone pouvant être chauffée, puis les constituants biologiquement actifs sont mélangés aux additifs de la matrice. Ces opérations sont suivies dans une zone de refroidissement, d'un refroidissement, d'un broyage et d'une pulvérisation du mélange. La géométrie hélicoïdale de la zone de refroidissement est choisie de manière que ladite zone comprenne une zone d'alimentation, une zone de mélange et une zone de malaxage.
