Novel phosphoramidate derivatives of hydroxy functional or amino functional compounds, including amino acids, peptides, peptidomimetics and nucleotide analogs, are described. The compounds enable enhanced intracellular delivery of drugs as their corresponding phosphate esters or amides. Described phosphoramidate compounds exhibit antiproliferative activity. Pharmaceutical formulations are provided for treatment of cancers.
La présente invention concerne des dérivés phosphoramidates de composés à fonction hydroxy ou à fonction amino, et notamment des acides aminés, des peptides, des peptidomimétiques et des analogues de nucléotides. Ces composés permettent une meilleure livraison intracellulaire de médicaments sous forme des esters de phosphates ou des amides correspondants. Les composés à base de phosphoramidates de l'invention présente une activité anti-proliférante. L'invention concerne également des formulations pharmaceutiques convenant à des traitements anticancéreux.
