In an agitation mixing apparatus 1 which includes: a casing 2 having a flow path 6 in which a fluid flows; an agitator 3 which is disposed inside the casing 2 and includes a shaft 7 and a vane 8 mounted around the shaft 7; and a drive source 9, connected to the shaft 7, for vibrating the agitator 3 in an axial direction, grooves 21 are provided on an inner wall surface of the casing 2 at predetermined intervals in the axial direction.
