Brewing device for the brewing of a capsule containing beverage ingredients comprising: a frame (2), a first and second capsule enclosing members (7, 8) for at least partially enclosing the capsule (9) during brewing; wherein the first enclosing member (7) is mobile along the frame in relation to the second enclosing member (8); a closing mechanism to actuate the first enclosing member comprising an actuation member; a capsule holding member (10) for receiving the capsule during insertion of the capsule between the first and second enclosing members and for holding it in place during closing of the enclosing members.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'infusion permettant l'infusion d'une capsule contenant des ingrédients de boisson, comportant : un cadre (2), un premier et un deuxième organes d'enfermement de capsule (7, 8) pour enfermer la capsule (9) au moins partiellement pendant l'infusion, le premier organe d'enfermement (7) étant mobile le long du cadre par rapport au deuxième organe d'enfermement (8) ; un mécanisme de fermeture pour actionner le premier organe d'enfermement comportant un organe d'actionnement ; un organe de retenue de capsule (10) permettant de recevoir la capsule pendant l'insertion de la capsule entre le premier et le deuxième organes d'enfermement et permettant de la maintenir en place pendant la fermeture des organes d'enfermement.
