A B S T R A C T The invention relates to a plaster foam with porous structure containing a polyurea, characterised in that it has a specific gravity in the range of from 0.1 to 0.4 g/cm3, is open celled and contains, as polyurea, the condensation product of diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate prepolymers and water, and to a process for its preparation. The invention also relates to the use of the plaster foam as sound insulating material and/or heat insulating material. 17
