The invention concerns compounds of general formula (I) wherein: Z represents a sulphur or oxygen atom, NH, N-alkyl or Nboc; groups R', identical or different, represent each a hydrogen atom, a OCH¿3? group or a OCH¿2?O group; group R'' represents a hydrogen or a CH¿3? group; group X represents a carbonyl, sulphonyl or CO¿2? group; and group R represents an alkyl, aryl, alkenyl or aralkyl group. The invention also concerns the preparation of said compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use for stimulating .gamma.-amino-butyric acid activity and as medicine for treating nervous disorders.
La présente invention a pour objet les composés représentés par la formule générale (I) dans laquelle: Z représente un atome de soufre, d'oxygène, NH, N- alkyle ou Nboc, les groupes R', qui peuvent être identiques ou différents l'un de l'autre, représentent chacun un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe OCH3 ou un groupe OCH2O, le groupe R" représente un hydrogène ou un groupe CH3, le groupe X représente un groupe carbonyle, sulfonyle ou CO2, et le groupe R représente un groupe alkyle, aryle, alcényle ou aralkyle. Elle concerne également leur préparation, les compositions pharmaceutiques les comprenant et leur utilisation comme stimulant de l'activité de l'acide .gamma.-aminobutyrique et comme médicament destiné de préférence au traitement des troubles nerveux.
