A cover system for a headlamp of a vehicle, said cover system including an outer shell (2) which encloses a headlamp (16), said shell having a forwardly- facing aperture (6) through which the headlamp beam can project and means (20, 12, 24) for rendering the aperture closed against passage of the beam.

L'invention concerne un système de couvercle pour un projecteur de véhicule, ledit système de couvercle comprenant une enveloppe extérieure (2) renfermant un projecteur (16), ladite enveloppe présentant une ouverture (6) tournée vers l'avant par laquelle le faisceau du projecteur peut se projeter ainsi que des dispositifs (20, 12, 24) destinés à fermer l'ouverture et empêcher le passage du faisceau.
