A pouch container (1) for a food product, a filled container, and a method of filling are described. The container (1) comprises a sheet containment material configured surroundingly and sealingly to define a food containment volume, at least one closure seam (7) provided within the volume between paired opposing surfaces of the said sheet containment material to divide the containment volume into two food compartments (8,9) suitable to contain food product in use, wherein the said closure seam (7) has a pressure sensitive apertured portion (14) adapted to be closed at ambient pressure but to open when an internal pressure differential between the compartments reaches a predetermined point.
L'invention porte sur un contenant de type sachet (1) pour produit alimentaire, sur un contenant rempli et sur un procédé de remplissage. Le contenant (1) comporte un matériau de confinement en feuille conçu de façon environnante et étanche pour définir un volume de confinement pour aliments ; au moins un joint de fermeture (7) disposé à l'intérieur du volume entre des surfaces opposées appariées dudit matériau de confinement en feuille afin de diviser le volume de confinement en deux compartiments pour aliments (8,9) appropriés pour contenir un produit alimentaire en utilisation, ledit joint de fermeture (7) présentant une partie (14) ouverte sensible à la pression, pouvant être fermée sous pression ambiante mais ouvert lorsqu'un différentiel de pression interne entre les compartiments atteint un point prédéterminé.
